Pranayama is a Sanskrit word. The meaning of pranayama is “extension of the breath" or "life force (Prana).” Indian Yoga School offers Advanced Pranayama and Meditation Workshop in Nepal which is a restorative practice that focuses on meditation and controlled breathing techniques. This workshop will help you to cultivate stillness and quiet the mind. The fundamental part of every yoga style is Yogic breathwork and pranayama works as the best tool that enhances your practice on every level. In this workshop, you will experience a new level of the body and mind awareness which will improve your capacity to live in the present moment. The meditation will help you to strengthen the ability to control emotional reactions and invites peace and contentment into our daily lives.
The campus of Indian Yoga School is a traditional ashram which will help the students and practitioners imbibe themselves into the spirit of Yoga.
Accommodation to students is provided at the nearby clean, hygienic either shared / or single occupancy rooms at the modern apartments since the Ashram accommodation is completely booked.
The accommodation is only for students opting for the Teacher training course.
We serve healthy yogic dinners to our understudies, arranged to flawlessness by our expert gourmet specialists who have some expertise in yogic cooking.
