Advanced Pranayama and Meditation Workshop

This workshop organized by Indian Yoga School will lead you on a journey of becoming more creatively active in your meditation and pranayama practice. In this program, we will learn different forms of pranayama and meditation to lower anxiety and stress. The complete workshop is designed to focus on the breath and in preparation for meditation practice to calm the mind. The program is based on 80% of pranayama and meditation practice and only 20% on theory.
