Yoga is a way of life says everyone which is true, but for Jignesh Yoga has been a reboot button for life to synchronise body, mind, breath and soul. He has been practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga for years and have been also teaching yoga for special cases for involving Cardiac issues, Stress, Weight Management, Joint and Back Disorders, Diabetes, Yoga for Children & Corporates. His purpose of life is to spread happiness and awareness through Yoga as a way of life which includes Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy. He takes immense pleasure in communicating with people from around the world and share my knowledge that I learnt from my respected teachers.
